SLA (StereoLithography)
SLA, or light curing molding technology, refers to a molding method in which liquid photosensitive resin is irradiated with ultraviolet light to undergo polymerization reaction to solidify layer by layer and generate a three-dimensional entity. The workpiece prepared by SLA has high dimensional accuracy and is the earliest commercialized 3D printing technology.
Machining accuracy is 0.05~0.1mm, the recommended minimum wall thickness is ≥0.4mm, and the minimum aperture is ≥0.8mm
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)
Compared with SLA process, the product has high strength, good temperature resistance and smooth surface. It is often used for product functional verification, and can replace the injection parts in the early stage of R & D( Nylon and Nylon glass fiber)
The machining accuracy is 0.15 ~ 0.2mm. It is recommended that the minimum diameter of the hole be ≥ 1.5mm and the minimum wall thickness be ≥ 0.6mm
